ABOUT KRICK

Christine Heitz, known by her stage name Krick, is a Luxembourg-born singer-songwriter blending cinematic pop with emotional storytelling.

Inspired by the magic of Disney soundtracks, the soul of jazz and funk, and the depth of R&B, her music moves freely between sonic worlds.

After performing in a funk band and a big band, she now channels these influences into songs that follow emotion rather than genre, guided by her belief that “my music moves where emotion leads, not where genres begin or end.”

Growing up in a musical family, Krick developed her artistic voice at a young age and is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, playing piano, clarinet, guitar, ukulele and trumpet.

She first gained national attention through her participation in The Voice of Germany in 2017.

In 2024, Krick reached the final of the Luxembourg Song Contest, finishing second with the song Drowning in the Rain and winning the public vote.

She has since performed on major stages, including support for Calum Scott, Trounwiessel, ENCORE at Rockhal and Echterlive.

In December 2025, Krick released her debut album The First Chapter, which she presented in a headline show at Rockhal, supported by a ten-piece band including a brass section and backing vocals. After previously working as a nurse, she now dedicates herself fully to songwriting and performing.
